Accessible travel is an on-going endeavour to ensure all operators provide safe, accessible and friendly access to all its passengers, regardless of their mobility difficulties, age or disabilities. The NTA are looking for your feedback on the accessibility on Public Transport.
There are three ways that the survey can be completed:

or
2. Type in answers to the Word Document or editable PDF and email it to accessibility@nationaltransport.ie
or
3. Print out the survey and return it to us by post.

Assistance: If someone would like assistance over the phone to complete the survey, people can ring 01 879 8300 and request a call from Accessibility or they can email their contact details to accessibility@nationaltransport.ie and they will be contacted back.
